RKO is located on the banks of the Nushagak River in the Bristol Bay region of SW Alaska, near the town of Dillingham. Bristol Bay has the largest wild salmon run in the world. The bay feeds into the Nushagak River, blessing it with the largest King Salmon run anywhere in the state of Alaska, along with an abundance of Sockeye, Coho, Chum, and Pink Salmon.
